Get the most from this Blog

Wally wants you to see everything you want to see from this Blog. If you're not used to navigating (finding) your way around Blog pages here's a few tips.
The opening page will show you the last ten posts that Wally put up. Posts (individual entries) are located in the left hand column of the page and appear in date order.
Each post is framed and has, at the bottom, a link called 'comments' that you can click onto. This puts a comments board up on your screen. You can write your comment, go to the bottom of the comments page and submit it. Whatever you've written will not appear on the Blog straight away. It will have to be approved by Wally who, having read it, may add a few words of his own in reply so it's worth revisiting to check.
If the post contains photographs, you can view them larger by putting your mouse on the picture and right clicking. When you've finished looking at the enlargement, you do need to click the back-arrow symbol at the top left-hand of your screen to return to what you were originally looking at. All the pictures posted on this blog are copyright free. You do not need permission to reproduce them but it would be courteous to inform Wally that you've done so.
If you want to look at a particular subject like video's, these can be selected by going to the Links section down the right-hand column. This will bring up those related items on the left-hand side of your page and allows you to browse down them.
You can also look up what was posted in a particular month by going to Blog History.
You'll also find a number of 'galleries' of photo's. These will automatically scroll through as you watch. If you want to see the entire collection in one page then simply left click your mouse on the picture. This will connect you to Wally's Picassa album. The thumnail views can be seen larger by then clicking on the individual picture you wish to view. Beneath it will be displayed the name and other info about that picture. Remember though - to return to the Blog you will have to use the back-arrow at the top left of your page.
Once an item is archived it will be stored in the Blog Archive. You'll find this link lower down the right-hand side. This will show you a calendar list by month. Clicking on any of these will display what was posted in that month regardless of category. To search for items in a particular category like 'East Coast Truckers Charity' go to the other list called Blog Subject History and click on the title of interest to you. Again, this will bring up every post labelled by that subject title.
