Kevin Andrews (centre pic) is the Site Services & Projects Manager at the Robinsons factory (Formerly Colmans) in Norwich. The massive site has five springs one as deep as 300 metres which supply them with fresh water for making Britvic Juicy Drench. It sparked a debate about the price of bottled water compared to the locally supplied tap water. They say there's no difference except bottled water consumes a lot more energy and in some cases thousands of carbon miles to reach your throat!

After all the discussion about mobility scooters the producer decided to let me loose on one! Pics show Nick Baker whose company supply scooters like the one he's sitting on. As you can see, there's a dashboard to tell you the state of everything but on a bityterly cold morning, after 20 minutes of riding around Holt I'd had enough. They're very stable but it gives you a different perspective on them. I felt rather vulnerable and when the man who'd parked on the pavement (restricting my passing) then started reversing towards me I really did fear for my safety!

Wally, the footway is for pedestrians, the carriageway for vehicles. If these idiots stayed on the road they wouldn't collide with pedestrians.
My trike's safe on the road why not scooters.
And yes, I have ridden a couple. In fact I thought of getting one but decided that, while I can ride I can do without.
