This is our grand-daughter Grace who with her mum Gemma hope to raise money for this good cause. It was very much touch and go when she was born because of a condition called Group B Strep. Hello everyone, The above link will take you to our fundraiser page which will tell you a little more about the GBS charity and why it is so close to my heart.
