Despite the ocassional showers, Hellesdon Carnival started with a procession along Reepham Road (which caused a bit of a tailback - sorry!). We had our own encampment (thanks for coming to see us) and did two displays in the arena with some pressed volunteers who did really well. Centre pic - Sheri finally got a cuddle with her favourite Star Wars R2D2 and we were joined by the storm troopers for our second display. We proved, however, that 1805 Militia could march much better than our 25th century counterparts!!
