My first time in Newcastle and I was impressed! So much going on on so many levels! Buses, trains, pedestrians - look carefully at the first pic. Identify the ultra modern bridge furthest away. Spot the silvered dome of a building on the opposite bank. The old Swing Bridge and the two tier high level bus and rail crossing. Didn't get to see the Transporter though. Maybe next time. Oh - last pic was the bar at Quayside!

The ultra modern bridge is the pedestrian only Millenium bridge which links Newcastle quayside to Gateshead next to the Baltic art gallery. The silver domed building is the Sage at Gateshead, a music and events venue owned by Gateshead Council.
Top tip: Next time go to the top of the Baltic gallery and take a photo 'up' the river to capture all the bridges in one shot. Spectacluar, especially at night.
